$2500 For A Bleepin' Carpet Extractor?

BUT WAAAAIT!...

...JUST STOP AND THINK!!

...WHY would you pay $2500 for a friggin' carpet extractor???

WELL...CONSIDER THE REALITY..

....Why SHOULDN'T you?!!!

Please allow yourself to take this simple common-sense reality check:

  • How much do you pay for your house?
  • How much do you pay for your furniture?
  • How much do you pay for your carpets and rugs?
  • How much do you pay for your vehicles?
  • How much do you pay for your boats?
  • How much do you pay for your jewelry and watches?
  • How much do you pay for a competent carpet cleaning service or auto detailer each time they service your house, car, or boat as needed?

WHO ARE YOU KIDDING?

If you are like most successful folks today...you probably spend some pretty serious chunks of fairly huge cash on all that kind of stuff. Right?

Consider your sanity and/or intelligence saying you can't afford $2500 for a uh..."stain/mess extractor"...to keep your $250k+ portfolio of house(s), cars, and boats...fresh, healthy, and in tip-top shape for years to come? Who are you kidding???

Maybe you need to see a shrink instead! How much will that cost? How much is a SubZero refrigerator much less a Viking stove? (2 extractors or the stove? Please choose.)

I probably don't have to tell you the impact that kids, pets, and wild parties can have on the appearance, healthiness, and aroma within each of those substantial investments ...right? Among the zoo at my house we have two large dogs, a beautiful descented skunk, and an African Gray parrot among some of the zoo in which we enjoy at our home. Do you have beachfront or waterfront properties? You probably know what I mean! Enjoy living life to its fullest!

So...when a spill or accidents happen...like stuff getting tracked through the house or your dog rolls in something outside and then rolls around inside your house, car, or boat while stinky and wet..why should it be a big deal? Simply break out what's known as an "extractor", then attach whatever wand fits the occasion...and quickly clean it up the right way using heated high-pressure cleaning solution and then rinsing with adequate horsepower to suck everything clean and dry? Knock it out and go onto the next thing!

How good does an $15,000 18K gold w/ diamond bezel Rolex actually make you smell to your friends?

A $295,000 smelly Ferrari that your best friend just puked in is a $295,000 smelly Ferrari right?

Parking a smelly Ferrari in the garage of an increasingly smelly house...
...while wearing a spiffy Rolex is still smelly...

...right?!   BangingHeadOnWall

HOW MUCH COMMON SENSE DO YOU REALLY HAVE?

Common sense says an extractor should be a standard household appliance in every upscale, luxury, and/or modern home. Why do you want to waste time...waiting on a professional carpet cleaning service or auto/boat detailer...to show up and charge you professional rates when you could simply get the job done and over with (and better) without waiting on anybody! I know my time is valuable and I'm not lazy. I'd rather take care of something myself quickly...and be done with it...rather than waste a lot(s) more time and money waiting on somebody else to do stuff you could have done better yesterday? It's a fact that the longer a stain sits on your carpet or your furniture...the harder it is to get out or the higher the chance of the mess becoming a permanent stain. It's also a fact that you can do a better job than most professionals with the right equipment and a little elbow grease!

Statistics show that many of us often sorta' clean up a mess and then often forget about the mess...right?

After a while...that mess takes a toll on your house, your furniture, your cars, and your boats...right?

Why suffer ...trying to clean up the mess that someone makes when sick with the flu...with a roll of paper towels?

You are still left with a mess after you figure out what to do with the mess using the paper towels! Consider the power you gain when you allow yourself the power of your own extractor to quickly make a smell or stain disappear.

Be proud of being proud knowing how to pick the right tool for the job to get done right!

WHAT EXTRACTOR SHOULD YOU BUY?

That is an excellent question and one that I asked myself once I realized the reality that an efficient extractor should be an appliance in every household. There are certainly a lot of extractors out there.

I did some fairly extensive research both on the opinions on the Internet as well as talking directly to a number of extractor manufactuers and dealers. I found that many of dealers will tell you just about anything just to get you to buy whatever products they stock or get you to use their cleaning service instead if you think the cost of an extractor is too much. They make a lot more selling you repeat cleaning services than they make selling you even a $5000 extractor.

It might even be wise to use the ownership of an extractor as a selling feature of your house, car, or boat!    ;-)

CAN I GET AWAY WITH AN $800 EXTRACTOR OR SELF-CONTAINED EXTRACTOR INSTEAD?

YES...actually...

...you ACTUALLY can get away with a lot of things...RIGHT?

You can always settle for less than a complete cleaning job...RIGHT?

Cheaper extractors including those that you you rent at the grocery store just don't have the power to get the water into the fabric and the power to suck liquids out efficiently. Besides taking longer...the cheaper units often don't get deep stains/spills removed. Often these stains show back up and/or contribute to a less then desirable odor and possible health problems.

This is not rocket science but rather basic human health, social image protection, and good financial management principles.

Self-Contained Extractors: These units are convenient in the fact that you don't have the hoses to deal with but as a tradeoff they have nowhere near the ability to get into tight spaces in houses as a carpet or crevice wand and near worthless for car and boat cleanup needs. While the rotating brushes on a self-contained unit do save you the effort of working a wand, nothing replaces the quality of the job using a wand and a little elbow grease.

The other thing...is that most rental and most self-contained extractors...are not heated. Some dealers will tell you to just use hot water in there non-heated units but the reality is that water cools quickly and the hot water coming out of your tap is not near as hot as the water that has been converted to real steam...that only a real heated extractor can provide!

Heat cleans and dries faster!

(Right?)

AFTER LOTS OF RESEARCH

I kept coming back to an extractor called Eclipse from CleanCraft Products, Inc.  The Eclipse's intelligent design and immense extraction power got my attention right away. So I called CleanCraft to test what a long term relationship would be like. My call was answered by CleanCraft's executive vice-president Bill Scheuneman. Bill is easy to talk to and eager to please. He impressed me with his warm and outgoing personality, knowledge of the cleaning business, and his technical mindset in regards to what is required for the best cleaning job...no more and no less. We both agree that it's not just the tires on a car that provides the performance necessary to win a racing event. Horsepower and torque are both just as important. I realized that these folks are onto something!

TRUCK MOUNT POWER IN A PORTABLE EXTRACTOR!

The Eclipse has the colors of a Lamborgini and the thought processes and engineering characteristics of Audi and Porsche in rough racing prototype format.

The Eclipse has power IMPOSSIBLE to find in other portable pxtractors including many truck-mount units. The Eclipse offers models with 3 vacuum motors that produce an INCREDIBLE 249" Water-Lift (almost 18" Mercury-Lift!). That means the Eclipse unit can extract liquids using

GETTING THE FACTS STRAIGHT

The higher the lift...the better an extractor's ability is to extract liquids from whatever is being cleaned...right?

Ideally you want to quickly flood the surface being cleaned with cleaning solution and then most quickly extract it so that no residue is left. The three important components with extractor efficiency is having adjustable water pressure, having that water heated, and having the water and all residue most effectively extracted.

The Eclipse was designed with the user in mind! It is designed to prevent personal injuries as well as property damage. The body has no sharp edges, easy to operate and access switches are located on the handle, and the handle is designed at an angle to reduce elbow, wrist, and back injuries. To facilitate maneuverability, the handle is attached to the recovery tank where the suction spout and solution supply connection are situated, so as to allow the technician to push the unit away with one hand as he walks towards the unit. Most other units have these in front, which prohibits easy movement away from the operator. The Eclipse also has a sliding platform for easy service. If an pump or vacuum motor ever goes bad, just pull out the sliding platform, replace part, and slide right back in!

The models with Heat have a new "Dual Heater." This is actually two heaters in one. Two heating elements provide continuous steaming hot water throughout the cleaning process.

The Eclipse is one of the only units that actually contain a separate "Drop-in Dry Filter." This allows true dry vacuuming with the unit, without worry of damage to the vacuum motors.

All the features add up to one main objective: Allowing the user to do the best possible job with the least amount of effort.

CleanCraft's Eclipse is a machine like no other. The Eclipse is the next generation of High-Powered Portable Extractors. Compare it to any other portable unit or most other truck mounts, you will be blown away by the power of this unit! Not only does the Eclipse provide power, but it also has features, components, and the look that makes this unit stand above all others. Compare the Eclipse's price to its features and you have a very powerful cash and time positive financial statement.

13 Gal. Solution / 15 Gal. Recovery Tanks

(Why waste time refilling/emptying smaller

POWER- Models available with 3 Vacuum Motors produce an amazing 249" of Water Lift! Other manufacturer's portable units max out at 150" of lift. This Eclipse has the torque to suck water-residue like no other other portable machine on the market. As a result, your carpet and upholstery ends up both cleaner and drier!

Adjustable PSI - Models are available with Adjustable Water Pressure for the Water Pump. You can crank it up for thick carpeting or heavy grease as well as crank it down for doing stuff like upholstery. Whether you need to adjust the PSI or have a need for greater than 150psi depends on what application you use the extractor for.

Professional carpet cleaners often like the ability to adjust the water pressure to what is needed on the job. A restaurant may need a little more pressure to make it easier to blast through some of that grease. But many professionals believe that beyond 150psi is just a waste of water and chemical. However, it all comes down to suction power for the cleaning performance. It's common sense that the more suction power, the more dirty water you pull out of the carpet.

Cleancraft stresses that a 150psi model might give you an easier experience if you are non-professional user. The 150psi model has no bleeder valve, regulator valve, psI gauge, and is easier to work on (repairs). Both models have the same suction power and heater, so you are not losing power by any means!

(Keep in mind that readily-available pressure enhancement accessories easily allow to you add an ADJUSTIBLE 1200+ psi of pressure to your standard 150 psi unit while fairly economically maintaining 249 inches of water lift! Why get stuck with the Eclipse and/or any extractor's psi restrictions?)

Dual Heating System - Models are available with two Heating Elements which allows continuous heating of solution. With both heating switches turned on...what come out is real steam that cleans better and dries faster. The advantage of having 2 Heater Switches allows you to turn off half the heating system in homes with bad circuitry (i.e. old homes). This allows you to at least run half the heater instead of no heater at all, unlike other machines.

Slide-Out Tray - Easy Access for repairs. All the "Guts" of the machine slide out right in front of you. It doesn't have to be hard to service your own machine!

Drop-in Dry Filter - Allows Dry Vacuuming without worry of damage to Vacuum Motors

Side Access Panel - Quick, easy access to In-Line Filter and/or Fuse

Backside Placement of Hose Connects - Easy movement of the machine away from the operator

Dump Hose - Rather than having a dump valve that will start to leak over time (like other units), the Dump Hose allows easy dumping right into a 5 gallon bucket or toilet.

Switches on Handle - Allows the operator to easily access switches without having to bend over to reach them

Pump Kill Switch - A Float in the Solution Tank prevents running the Pump Dry, which could save precious pump life

Circuit Indicator Light - A light turns on to indicate that each of your power cords are on separate circuits. Helps prevents popped circuits.

(BIG NOTE: The "additional options" allow a talented "Mansion Designer/Engineer" (see www.MansionMagician.com) to integrate your Eclipse(s) into your house(s) no different than any central vacuum system. Your extractor can remain a designated subsystem that is part of an ongoing intelligent building design. That means that you simply hook up your cleaning tools of choice and waste no time filling tanks and emptying tanks. Nor do you was time hauling the extractor around your house. On top of that...you can disconnect the Eclipse from its base location and still use it as a portable appliance. It's the best of both worlds!)

Other Notes
Dimensions: 37"H x 22"W x 30"L (All Models)
Weight varies from about 115 lbs to about 150 lbs.; While the units aren't the lightest out there...they do have the highest water lift per pound available anywhere. These are serious units!

2 Cord Systems: Heated models require at least one 20amp circuit Two separate 20amp circuits are needed to plug each of the Eclipse's power cords into. A safety protection feature allows you to verify that each of your power cord are on separate curcuits.
